Loved the food I got from here. The chicken was nice and tender and the flavors busting. I was craving some nice Indian food, but didn't even know it untill I spotted this place. They have a few vegetable sides (korma and others) that you don't always find at other Indian place. Everything was reasonably priced for being in a tourist trap like Reading terminal Market. No complaints at all and I would eat there again.

Great lunch! I had the coconut curry over yellow rice and a chicken samosa. Nanee's offers a "mini meal" which is just the right amount of food. The coconut curry is the spiciest curry they offer. The chicken samosa crust was very flaky and tasted great. Everything was delicious and I'm looking forward to my next meal there. Thank you!

Surprisingly the only place serving Indian-Pakistani cuisine at the Reading Terminal. Minutes away, within walking distance from Philadelphia City Hall, Nanee's Kitchen serves a handful of meal sized chicken based dishes, Indian beverages (see Rose lassi in picture) and tasty snacks (veg and chicken puffs in picture). It isn't anything amazing but whatever you order, it'll make you feel content. They can certainly improve on make the food more authentic but I won't blame them for customizing it for their local American audience. Slightly pricey for the quantity they offer, but definitely a place to check out if you're at the Reading Terminal. If you're going here just to eat Indian, maybe reconsider, there's plenty of better Indian restaurants in the area to choose from.

I tried the curry potato samosa with their hot sauce and it provided me with a sense of warmth and comfort. The hot sauce had a kick but it didn't make me shed any tears.

Nanee’s... hmmm. I ordered the rice, curried chickpeas, collard greens, veggie samosa and rose smoothie. The food lacked flavor. The rice was very skinny,(lol think thin long grain)the curried chickpeas were okay, the greens were somewhat dry and the veggie samosa outer crust was too soft. The only thing I would recommend from my order is the rose smoothie. I love rose anything so I knew it would be great. But please don’t take my review as a bad one, the service was amazing and genuine, but the food was not the best. I don’t know what other vegan dishes they have but if your are maybe try it out for yourself, if you’re not vegan I know they have other things as well. We all have different taste buds. ♥️
